Virginia brings more than 30 years of experience leading technology-enabled business transformation across enterprise and consulting environments. She held leadership roles spanning digital strategy, product development, and operations at organizations including Johnson Controls, eBay Enterprise, GSI Commerce, and Siemens AG. She holds a degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland, graduating magna cum laude, along with a background in business administration and management. She also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and innovation leadership.
